Halfacre Construction Company hires business development manager

SARASOTA, Fla. - April 2, 2025 - PRLog -- Halfacre Construction Company (https://www.halfacreconstruction.com/), a Lakewood Ranch-based commercial construction company, recently hired Kristina Croswell as its new business development manager.

Croswell brings more than 15 years of experience to the firm, including seven-and-a-half years in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. With a proven track record of driving revenue growth, securing new business opportunities and leading high-impact public engagement initiatives, she is well-positioned to contribute to Halfacre Construction's continued success.

Most recently, Croswell served as the business development manager for LTG, Inc., where she led the business development and marketing efforts, developed client engagement and market expansion strategies and managed a comprehensive pipeline of opportunities. She also played a key role in public involvement efforts, coordinated community meetings, stakeholder outreach and client events.

Beyond her professional experience, Croswell is an active leader in the AEC industry, bringing valuable economic development and industry leadership experience from Central and Northeast Florida. She currently serves on the board of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), has served as a board and committee member for the Volusia County Association for Responsible Development (VCARD) and as a committee member for Team Volusia Economic Development Corporation (TVEDC).

In her new role at Halfacre Construction, Croswell will oversee all marketing efforts, proposal development and business development initiatives. She will lead strategic messaging, content creation, technical writing and branding efforts, ensuring that Halfacre's presence in the market continues to grow through targeted outreach, industry engagement and high-quality proposal submissions.

She received her associate degree in specialized business - graphic and web design from Douglas Education Center.
