African American Arts and Cultural Complex (AAACC) is home for over 200 emerging and unsung artists launched in the new arts series, "Season of Black Art" (SOBA). SF Black Film Fest Celebrating 25 years joins in the recognition of emerging talent.
"Season of Black Art" (SOBA), curated through February 2024 held its successful kickoff October 29th. The newly launched continuum of creativity, SOBA celebrates Black Music from Motown to Jazz to Gospel to Funk to Hip Hop as the beat goes on!
The Sunday launch of "The Season of Black Art" kicks off the monthly arts presentations with Black Literature, Narratives & Business at the African American Art & Culture Complex premiering the AAACC Creative Cohorts of the Dream Keeper Initiative.
