How to format a press release headline?

A press release headline must be formatted in title case, that is, each word in the sentence should have first letter capitalized, and rest of the letters in lower case. Acronyms can be in uppercase. Please don't submit headlines in all uppercase or all lowercase letters. If you try do so, the system will automatically convert the headline to title case.
