Nov. 27, 2012 - PRLog -- The iFit live system enables the iFit Compatible Equipment to connect to a user's iFit account and download programmes. Follow a workout session and upload the key metrics of that session back to the iFit.com profile. Powered by Google Earth, the user is able to access their iFit profile on any device with a web browser and to design their own run.

Once downloaded the iFit Compatible Equipment replicates the terrain to reflect the varying inclines. The console then provides workout programmes (vary depending on the model) including high intensity, speed, incline and calorie- burn. Each workout automatically controls the speed and incline of the iFit Compatible Equipment as it guides you through an effective exercise session. You can even listen to your favourite music or audio books with the fitness equipment console's stereo sound system while you exercise
