A bank owned property located at 759 Merritt Lewis Lane, Clarksville, TN 37042 was listed by Knifley and has now been purchased by an investor. The home was in great need of repair including the roof that needed to be replace. The home's interior also needed an overhaul. Paint, flooring, fixtures and hardware all needed to be replaced.

"It was apparent the previous owners had inside pets, I just hope they can get the scent out before renting or relisting the home for sale", said Knifley. "The location was great and we had several calls on this property, but because of the condition it really limited the type of buyer that could be financed".
