Supply Chain, Logistics Firm D.w. Morgan Names Todd Traut As Worldwide Director Of Operations

May 12, 2009 - PRLog -- PLEASANTON, Calif. — The D.W. Morgan Company has named Todd Traut as Director of Worldwide Operations and Customer Service.

In his new position, Traut will oversee D.W. Morgan’s continuing expansion, especially in international markets. He will also ensure consistent customer service functions on a worldwide basis.

“D.W. Morgan is rapidly expanding its global footprint, particularly in Asia, so it’s critical that as we grow, we also make certain that we maintain our reputation for providing the highest quality of customer service,” said David W. Morgan, CEO and founder of D.W. Morgan Company.

“That’s why we promoted Todd to be the director of the company’s worldwide operations as well as customer service — to ensure the delivery of critical inventory from the first to the last mile of the supply chain,” Morgan added.

Traut previously served as D.W. Morgan’s Director of Customer Advocacy, ensuring customer success by managing all of the company’s customer requirements, including fulfillment, warehousing, transportation logistics and customer service.

Traut joined D.W. Morgan in June 2006 as the Western Region Operations Manager and led the establishment of a 31,000-square-foot fulfillment warehouse in San Jose.

Prior to joining Morgan,  Traut was successful at multiple levels during his twelve years at CH Robinson Worldwide.
