Follow on Google News | Four States Have Approved New "Green" Mortgage Certification Course For Continuing Education.Green Real Estate Education has obtained approval in four states for their Level One "Green Certified Mortgage Professional- Green Leadership" certification program.
As most professionals in the mortgage industry have been affected by the mortgage meltdown, the company feels this could help to spark markets. The refinancing of current mortgages is slowing now and Mitchell says that this can help those who are inquiring about energy efficient upgrades for their home.
