Chadwicks Shapes Up With An Impressive Tool Bank

The latest addition to the tool bank was created by Chadwicks’ talented technical team, which helps develop novel concepts that place its customers at the cutting edge of packaging design. With so many cutting tools at its disposal Chadwicks can offer a multitude of uniquely shaped lids.

Quirky tools such as heart shapes are available, which are ideal for promotional products. More practical tools, such as a twin compartment lid with centre perforations or one that provides two peel tabs for easy opening, are also available.

Paul Whelan, technical manager at Chadwicks, said: “It’s amazing how many resources you can build up over years of serving so many industry sectors. With 400 cutting tools there isn’t a shape or design we can’t produce for customers that are looking for the latest in heat seal pre-cut lids.

With over 50 years of experience in the lidding industry, Chadwicks operates to the highest quality hygiene production standards. It produces UV flexo-print quality polyester, aluminium foil and laminate lids that are wholly compatible with its shrink sleeve products.

Following investment in new machinery and equipment, Chadwicks expanded into the shrink sleeve market producing short-medium run specialist products that incorporate new concepts such as Sleeve and Seal, perforated recycle strips and a selection of hot melt adhesives.
