Immerse deeply in the authentic Scientific Yoga practice in this teacher training intensive with Subodh Gupta and Barbara Tomasik.  This certification course fulfills and surpasses the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training standards.

A Scientific Yoga Teacher Training Manual will be supplied to each participant. To those who attend all scheduled classes, a 240 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate will be awarded, at the end of the course.

The course costs £1395 and all bookings received before 25 October, 2009 will receive a 15% discount, i.e. £1195 only if registered before October 25th 2009 (15 % early bird discount) The charges includes all the cost such as (a) Books / Yoga Teacher Training Manuals  (b) Tuition fee (c) Exam (d) Certificate, etc.

(f) Certificate: Certificate will be issued to the successful student which will entitle them to teach in the UK and in any other part of the world and can be used to register with other organizations.


(g) Classes will be held at Saturday and Sunday and in addition students are advised to practice at their home. Each session on sat and sun consist of both theory and practical aspect and understanding of authentic Indian yoga.

(h) (optional) Assistance to launch students own yoga website, or online presence on Scientific yoga teacher training website.

(i) Attendance during the course:  Please note that 85% attendance is must.

(j) By the end of this Scientific Yoga Teacher Training Course you should be able to:

-Understand principles of anatomy, physiology, training and components of fitness.
-Understand and explain basic yoga philosophy referring to the yoga scriptures.  
-Understand precautions about yoga pose.
                                                                                 
-Plan a yoga class after considering precautions.
                                                                                 
-Explain the students about the benefits of yoga asanas.
-Teach and evaluate safe and effective yoga class including pranayama, meditation.
-Use yoga equipment safely in your teaching
-Create the quality health questionnaire and individual student record keeping.


(k) Do you include religious chanting of mantra in your yoga classes?
No we don’t include any kind of religious prayer or chanting as in other yoga teacher training courses.
