Joey The Penguin Officially Launches Its Website To The Public

April 19, 2010 - PRLog -- Joey the Penguin Children’s Entertainment (www.joeythepenguin.com ) has officially opened its website for the public while launching its first book in the series entitled "Joey the Penguin."  The main purpose of the website is to provide a place where children can go to play safe games, download free coloring pages and have the opportunity for their parents to purchase the book or a t-shirt to proudly display their support for Joey.  With many books planned, Joey the Penguin has been designed to teach valuable and timeless lessons for children of all ages. The first book that is currently available enforces the idea that children can do and be anything that they want to if they believe in themselves and work towards their goals.  Other books are currently in development that will serve to instill good old fashion lessons such as respecting others, no tolerance for bullying, sharing with others, and newer lessons such as recycling, not littering and financial tips for children

About the Author

Joey the Penguin came to life with the help of Brian Hiltz who resides in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.  Joey was thought up by his father when teasing his granddaughter during a family get together.  Using Joey and creating other animated friends, Brian put together a cast of Antarctic creatures that would be discussed through books and the website.  The website was designed with children in mind and is kid friendly.  The online store was added when the decision was made to turn this into a business.  After self publishing the first book, Brian decided to continue with a series discussing morals and tips for children to solidify the values that parents teach their children every day.  Eventually  Brian hopes to expand the Joey product line and make Joey the Penguin an animated cartoon series that children and adults alike will enjoy.
