Nov. 1, 2009 - PRLog -- DATE CORRECTION:  Part One of the two part exclusive interview with legendary singer, composer, and author Jimmie Rodgers airs Tuesday, November 3rd on "Getting To Know You" with host Susan McCray on KSAV.org - Share-A-Vision Radio Network. The show time is 6:30 p.m. pacific /9:30 p.m. eastern. Part Two airs Tuesday, November 10th same time same station.

Legendary singer, composer, author, Jimmie Rodgers talks with Susan McCray about his life,  new projects and something he rarely discusses - his long recovery from life threatening injuries suffered from being severely beaten in 1967. The conversation about how and what gave him the strength to be able to return to performing is inspiring.

During both Part one and Part two, Susan will be playing Jimmie Rodgers hits including; "Honeycomb"  "Kisses Sweeter Than Wine"  "Are You really Mine" and more.
