Access Information Management and Perm-A-Store Announce a Media Container Reseller Partnership

Nov. 30, 2009 - PRLog -- Access Information Management, provider of records management, storage and destruction services for hardcopy and electronic records and Perm-A-Store, leader in cases for the transport and storage of media, trademarked Turtle™, announce a partnership to enhance the protection of customers’ critical corporate information. The partnership makes Access an authorized, nationwide reseller of Turtle media cases.

As part of a total records and information management solutions offering, Access provides secure, data protection and media storage in a climate-controlled, vault environment at all locations across the US.  Perm-A-Store’s Turtle, media protection cases can now be purchased directly from Access, for storage in and transportation to and from Access’ data protection and vital record vaults. Turtle cases are available in a number of sizes and configurations to accommodate all types of electronic media such as back-up tapes, hard drives, discs and even critical physical documents. This partnership will support increased security and convenience for customers.

In addition to the reseller agreement, Access and Perm-A-Store will partner in a data protection and vital records privacy education campaign to increase awareness throughout the records management community. The program will include a webinar and the release of educational documents to support best practices for data protection and vital records storage.
