Long forgotten Film's popularity spreads

Dec. 3, 2009 - PRLog -- Awareness for a long forgotten Science Fiction Film entitled Saga of a Crew seems to be growing. This low budget obscurity was 90 percent complete when funding ran out and the original print, in rough edited form, entered long term storage around 1985.

Fans of the genre find in 'Saga of a Crew' a complex mix of vintage content, low budget quirkiness, attractive and logical spacecraft concepts, and well done period special effects. That, along with the appeal of something rare emerging from the 80s period make the Film something of an archeological find for Science Fiction fans whom thought they've seen everything. Or in other words, a lost footage 'bonanza'.

The Film is available at Netflix and the DVD is available for purchase direct from the production company prior to retail availability.

Saga of a Crew is unusual for a variety of reasons and the process of one's learning of the Film's existence and reading about the circumstances of it's creation are perhaps even as entertaining as viewing the movie itself.
