Walls Fine Art Gallery of Wilmington, NC selected for Gallery Interview in Artist Advocate Magazine

Dec. 14, 2009 - PRLog -- Artist Advocate is a quarterly publication published by Eric Rhoads, of Fine Art Connoisseur Magazine, geared toward helping artists and galleries connect.  Designed to expose artists’ work to gallery owners and directors around the United States and several foreign countries as well as art publishers and licensing companies, the publication’s website explains that galleries can be “inundated with discs, slides, emails, and photos from artists seeking representation”.  The print version and the complete online version are considered an organized system that allows galleries to review many artists’ work in one location, whether print or digital.  The publication’s website gives guidelines to artists about bios and contacting galleries and the general business aspects of an art career that art education notoriously ignores.  The gallery interviews give an inside look at the gallery business and allow artists a peek at the varying philosophies among galleries.
