Supply Chain, Logistics Firm D.w. Morgan Names Scott Wieser As Customer Service Manager

Dec. 16, 2009 - PRLog -- PLEASANTON, Calif. — The D.W. Morgan Company, a supply chain management and transportation logistics firm, has named Scott Wieser as its Customer Service Manager. He works out of the company’s corporate offices in Pleasanton, Calif.

Wieser has more than 20 years experience in the logistics industry through employment with APL, Triton Container, Pacific 9 Transportation and Menlo Worldwide.

“Scott will help take the Morgan team to the next level as we expand our ‘Supply on Demand’ service around the globe,” said David W. Morgan, CEO and founder of D.W. Morgan Company.

Prior to joining Morgan, Wieser served with Pacific 9 Transportation, where he developed “green” solutions for its customer base as a U.S. EPA SmartWay Partner.

He also worked at Menlo Worldwide, where he served as the Logistics Manager for the Hewlett-Packard account. During his tenure, the firm received awards four consecutive years from Wal-Mart for 100 percent on-time deliveries during the retailer’s annual "Christmas Blitz."
