GothamDuo Productions, a New York based production company, announces the development of a new hour-long reality series entitled “Mid-Life Crisis Millionaires”.  The reality TV series gives a glimpse into the lives of New York City’s millionaires as they navigate the uncharted territory of major life changes.

This brand new spin on a reality TV show not only offers an inside peek into the glamorous lives of New York’s millionaires, but the havoc that unravels as best friends and families witness what happens when they are caught in the wake of someone going through a major life transformation.

“’Mid-Life Crisis Millionaires’ is fun, dramatic and dangerously entertaining as it shows the unlimited possibilities that ensue when you have a mid-life crisis and millions of dollars,” say the founders of GothamDuo Productions. “These people are having meltdowns and they have the money to fund very elaborate ones.”

Audiences will indulge in the ultimate guilty pleasure as they watch the glamorous and wealthy become unhinged.  How will they find their way out of this period in their life? Marry the pool boy? “We were inspired to create the show after several friends made shocking life changes that turned their worlds upside down along with our relationships with them,” say the founders of GothamDuo.  “We would look at each other during those times and we kept saying… ‘this needs to be a reality show!’”

A rep for the company says they are in the process of finding the right television home for the series. After New York City, the company plans on future seasons in Miami, LA and an international season in London.
