Jan. 20, 2010 - PRLog -- Today USA Patriotism, a top ranked web site who’s nonpolitical mission is to foster better awareness and display of love and pride of America by her citizens, has come out in support of H. RES . 855 and S. RES . 320 that makes May 1st of every year Silver Star Service Banner Day.
David Bancroft, owner and founder of USA Patriotism stated; "The time is long past due to have a "national day" that remembers and honors the wounded, ill, and dying of  America 's Armed Forces from all wars. So, I proudly support making May 1st " Silver Star Service Banner Day" . . . and strongly urge the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives to act quickly in passing S. Res 320 and H. Res. 855, respectively.  I also encourage fellow Americans to contact their U.S. Senators and Representative, requesting that they vote yes on these resolutions!"
Steve Newton, founder of the Silver Star Families of America responded by saying, “David has always been a huge supporter of American ideals and is a true patriot.  We are proud to have him on board supporting our wounded, ill and dying.  We would expect nothing less from David. It is time to get this done,” Newton concluded.
