Follow on Google News | DJ Mad Linx-Standing Strong In 2010From radio, to television, to spinning at some of the hottest night clubs and events around the globe, DJ Mad Linx continues to be high in demand.
By: Ahlilah Longmire After ending 2009 as host and DJ for New York Giants Justin Tucks celebrity billiard event alongside comedian-actor Anthony Anderson, it should be no surprise that DJ Mad Linx is still high in demand. Although it has been two years since his days at B.E.T's Rap City where he carried out exceptional ratings and set the standards for those who followed behind him, in 2010 DJ Mad Linx has been proclaimed as the ultimate party rocker proving to be an unstoppable force within the entertainment industry. With the ability to entertain a wide range of audiences from heavy hip-hop listeners to rock' n rollers, sports fans to fashion fanatics, Mad Linx has set a new plateau that is keeping him favored in the world of pop culture. Since the start of the new year DJ Mad Linx has been quite busy spinning at some of the hottest nightclubs in NYC including Greenhouse, Butter, and Red Velvet. He has also returned to television to host a new weekly pop culture series called “The Trend”, with co-host actress-model Joli Robinson. “Its a great opportunity for me to showcase many of my other talents and interests and plus I get to clown around with a pretty hot chick,” says Mad Linx. The Trend goes on an adventurous nationwide search that provides a unique unfiltered look into mainstream pop culture. As if hosting a new show and entertaining clubgoers in the vast NYC nightlife wasn't enough, Mad Linx will need plenty of sleep as he prepares to DJ/host a number of Super Bowl events starting with one of his favorites of the new year EA Sports Madden Bowl in Miami. Then on February 5, he will be hosting Esquire Magazine's Red Velvet At Klutch Super Bowl XLIV. Topping off his Super Bowl line-up, Mad Linx will be the official DJ for “The Big Game” at the Hudson Terrace in New York hosted by NY Giants Justin Tuck and Green Bay Packers Ryan Grant. “Its back down in my hometown state and I get the opportunity to once again work with the great people from EA Sports and ESPN. P.S I'm not responsible for anyone going to jail or getting a divorce,” says jokingly DJ Mad Linx. End
