The famous American Hooters chain currently has two restaurants in Australia- their flagship restaurant in Parramatta, Sydney and one in Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast.

Morney Schlebusch is the new franchise owner of Hooters Restaurants Australia and he has over 20 years of experience in successfully making franchise restaurants a success.

The all new Hooters Restaurants in Australia are now completely Australian owned and operated.  “I’ve changed the Hooters business model to fit in more with the Australian market and make it more adaptable to what the Australian public want.

“I’ve been lucky enough to be handed the reins to operate one of the world’s most famous restaurant chains and I can’t wait to showcase my new model to customers in Sydney and on the Gold Coast”, said Morney Schlebusch, Chief Operating Officer, Hooters Restaurants Australia.
