Cresapartners Opens Two Offices In Wisconsin

CresaPartners, North America’s largest corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants, announced it joined forces with Commercial Tenant Advisors LLC to create Wisconsin’s largest pure tenant representation firm. CresaPartners’ new offices will be located in Madison and Milwaukee, supporting tenants who have historically been underserved in those markets.

The Madison and Milwaukee offices will be led by Principals Tim Rikkers, Matthew Apter, Joshua Rikkers, TJ Blitz and Michael Levine, all formerly with Commercial Tenant Advisors LLC.  Senior Associates Tyler Wright and Ross Rikkers complete the team. Both offices are actively recruiting additional members.
