Internationally renowned celebrity make-up artist, Renny Vasquez to conduct free make-up class

May 28, 2010 - PRLog -- Renny Vasquez is to make-up what Michelangelo was (and still is) to painting; an Artist ahead of his time! Renny is a celebrity make-up artist who has painted faces seen on BET, VH-1 and MTV. Renny’s skills are world renowned, and his work has been featured in Essence magazine as well as numerous international lifestyle, entertainment and beauty publications.  He is also a member of Mizani's International Design Team.

Renny Vasquez is in the process of establishing a non-profit organization dedicated to educating women on the do’s and don’ts of make-up application even when they are on a tight budget.  Many believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder; and Renny's philosophy is "beauty can be extracted from deep within those who sit in his chair with each gentle stroke of his make-up brushes".  Renny Vasquez is unique in his approach to applying make-up and he truly believes in painting the world beautiful one face at a time.  With that said, when you sit in his chair to have your make-up done it’s not a question of whether or not you’ll look good; it’s how good will you look?!

Renny acquired his passion for make-up at the tender age of 12 by helping out at his godmother's beauty salon.  He later honed his skills by doing pro bono make-up work for various charity fundraisers, in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, such as LaPink Show and Fashion Meets Poverty just to name a few.
