The name Neckbone Circuit was the name given to tournaments held by The United States Colored Golfers Association (USCGA) start in 1925.  The USCGA was established by black golfers, due to racial discrimination prohibiting blacks from playing at segregated courses and tournaments.  

Neckbone Circuit urban golf apparel was created to bring awareness to the little known accomplishments of yesteryear's African-American athletes. Neckbone Circuit Apparel is based on fact, courage, and perseverance.
