Tenant Eviction and Securing Your Property is now Easy!

July 14, 2010 - PRLog -- One of the biggest headaches for a landlord comes when a tenant becomes poorly behaved, gets behind with his rent, and starts to cause trouble.

Shergroup has two divisions which can instantly come to the rescue: Sherbond and Shercurity

Sherbond deals with eviction and regaining the property for the landlord, whilst Shercurity deals with securing the property at and post eviction (stopping the tenant re-entering).

Manned Security is where Shercurity supplies a security officer or a security officer/dog handler and guard dog in the property immediately after tenant has been evicted.

The important factor is that the security officer and the Sherbond Enforcement Officer can attend the eviction together, with the Sherbond Enforcement Officer taking care of the enforcement of the writ of possession, by evicting the tenant, and then allowing the Shercurity Officer to instantly take over and stay in situ until the landlord takes back possession.

Physical Security is where the property is fitted with metal panels over all the windows and a steel security door is also installed. This does little damage to the building as the panels can be drilled into the brickwork, so as not to affect the window frames. The metal security panels and door are rented out to the landlord on a weekly basis.
