It is also doubling its Braintree-based sales team, taking on four more employees to focus on promoting the solutions it offers to business problems.

Shergroup has been diversifying over the past couple of years and its office in India, which provides the administrative support for the group, also provides transcription services to lawyers, accountants, surveyors and other professionals. Other business clients include banks, local authorities and utility companies.
