Turkcell Pusula Application Developed by Mobinex and Turkcell Technology, Has Been Launched

July 14, 2010 - PRLog -- Turkcell has launched a new location based mobile application, developed by Mobinex and Turkcell Technology for its subscribers, called “Turkcell Pusula.”
The users of Turkcell Pusula will be able to see their locations on the map as well as the places of their interest. The users, with a single click, will display and obtain details on the nearest pharmacies, hospitals, police stations, ATM machines, café, bar and restaurants, movie theatres, stores, and “Turkcell’liler Kazanir” (Turkcell Subscribers always Win) campaign locations. Using the “Where am I” service within the application, subscribers will be able send multimedia messages (MMS) about their locations to other Turkcell subscribers on their phones’ address books, or when they enter their phone numbers.

Turkcell Pusula, as an example of our 3G investments as services that contribute to our lives,  are improving the awareness and interaction of Turkcell subscribers, and enabling them to reach to the information faster and easier” commented Seçil Deniz, the Turkcell Pusula Product Manager.
