Elgia, Inc. To Be Premier Sponsor at the 2010 MBEIC Regional Conference & Riverboat Cruise

July 30, 2010 - PRLog -- Elgia, Inc. has elected to become a Reception at the Commons Sponsor at the 2010 MBEIC Regional Conference and Riverboat Cruise. The Conference is an annual event sponsored by the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council’s (GMSDC) Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee (MBEIC) with the purpose of bringing Minority-owned businesses together to network with each other and with Corporate GMSDC members. It also serves as an opportunity to thank supplier diversity for what they do to support minority business development throughout the year.

The Riverboat Cruise, which serves as the entertaining arm of the conference, will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2010 on the Henry W. Grady Paddlewheel Riverboat on Stone Mountain Lake. The Reception at the Commons hosted at the Stone Mountain Golf Clubhouse will kick-off the two-day networking event.

The Regional Conference will take place the next day, on Friday, August 21st, 2010 at the GE Energy Headquarters in Atlanta, GA. At this portion of the conference, attendees will not only learn about procurement from a panel of Corporate members, but also attend industry specific breakout sessions and be matched with Corporate buyers for one-on-one meetings.
