PostNet leases retail space in The Woodlands, TX at Regency Centers' Panther Creek

Aug. 25, 2010 - PRLog -- Regency Centers (www.regencycenters.com), a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has leased retail space in The Woodlands, TX at Panther Creek to PostNet.  Specializing in business support and communication, PostNet has leased 1,600 square feet of retail space, making the center fully leased.  PostNet is slated to open for business in November.  The tenant was represented by Tal McIver with NewQuest Properties.

According to Ben Brown, Regency Centers senior leasing agent, the 166,280 square foot shopping center is anchored by a 65,800 square foot Randalls alongside national retailers such as Subway, Sears Hardware and CVS/pharmacy.  The center is located at 4775 W.
