Key Account Managers are the Key to Successful China Wholesale Trading for DHgate.com Buyers

Sept. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Beijing, China, 22 September, 2010 – DHgate.com recently added yet another set of services aimed at improving purchasing experiences for buyers on the China wholesale trading platform, continuing their trend of perpetual improvement of the on-site buyer experience.  

The new 'Super Services' are available to VIP Buyers on the wholesale trading platform, and are delivered through DHgate.com's current Key Account Managers.  

The new Super Services have several key components:
•   Inquiry Assistant Super Service: DHgate.com's KAMs personally act to answer inquiries about availability and pricing of particular products
•   Dispute Resolution Green Channel: If buyers need to open a dispute with DHgate.com, KAMs act as an advocate and contact point for VIP buyers
•   Sample Checking Super Service: KAMs will personally check the quality of sample products purchased by buyers, and provide a comprehensive report via email to help cut down postage costs and delivery time. The Sample Checking Service will be instituted in the coming weeks.
