Furniture companies beyond recession in Costa Rica

Sept. 20, 2010 - PRLog -- We have been in the market of furnishings in Costa Rica for over 6 years. We started this company with the idea of helping all these new owners of condos and houses who came here and purchased a piece of paradise but then they had to go back to their home and continue working or on with their lives and then started trying to find a way to furnish that piece of property. That´s why we decided to create a website where our clients could see different types of furniture from locally manufactured to imported. We have no showroom because our company is strictly based on an internet page. We thought that could be an advantage and a disadvantage as people wanted to touch and feel and see if the company was for real or just a scam. We then relied on our clientele with whom we create a special relationship where we try to go the extra mile all the time and most importantly, being responsible with the product and service we render. The result has been a great success.
All this experience has helped us stay in business and we can say that even when many companies have come and gone we are still around, with yet more experience in our pockets and more suppliers along these years. We have learned many things about the business and about our clients and we try and strive in procuring all the things they need and want. Sometimes our clients just want a plain package where they buy the basic furnishings for their homes and sometimes they want the complete "turnkey". Sometimes our clients have a specific budget and we squeeze in products as much as we can so they can achieve all they want and sometimes we have clients that don´t understand about saving or bargaining and we work with them too.
We are in Costa Rica to offer furnishings all over the place and we deliver in the most unheard of beaches and mountains because our clients deserve service no matter where.
