Individual and Spouse                      $195/year
Family with up to four members     $280/year - Kids up to 21 years of age
Additional Children                                $70/year

Whats included at no charge? Dental exam, X-rays (unlimited), two Cleanings - prophylaxis per membership year, fluoride treatment for children, unlimited emergency consultations.

Many dental procedures will reflect a discount of 20 - 60% off the standard fees.
