Follow on Google News | ![]() Lowestoft Chronicle Pushcart Prize NominationsLowestoft Chronicle has announced its nominations for the prestigious Pushcart Prize, the most honored literary project in America.
All of these works were published online between March 1, 2010 and September 1, 2010, and can be read in the archives at http://www.lowestoftchronicle.com/ About the Pushcart Prize: Published every year since 1976, hundreds of presses and thousands of writers of short stories, poetry, and essays have been represented in The Pushcart Prize – Best of the Small Presses series, edited by Bill Henderson. Little magazine and small book press editors (print or online) may make up to six nominations from their year’s publications. Nominations are accepted until the December 1 (postmark) deadline, with official winners announced in May. If selected, their work will be published in Volume XXXVI of The Pushcart Prize: The Best of the Small Presses, which comes out in November.
