Rob Jones Joins Motorkwik

Nov. 23, 2010 - PRLog -- As Motorkwik’s network of franchisees continues to grow, so does the diversity and knowledge within the company; cue Rob Jones, Motorkwik’s own restoration buff. And Rob’s range of expertise does not end there.

Rob has been working within the motoring industry, in various capacities, ever since he left school, with his 21 years of insight making him just the sort of person that Motorkwik strives for in a franchisee.  

Rob’s career has seen him work in a multitude of different garages, maintaining vans, cars and HGVs, as well as classic and vintage vehicles, where he was able to turn his hand to restoration. From there Rob moved into a different area of motoring, working as a branch manager for Motorworld.

Multitalented Rob has also been involved in the preparation of rally cars, readying vehicles for various events. More recently he has worked for Toyota, assembling engines at the manufacturer’s Deeside plant. Rob’s two main passions in life, unsurprisingly, are engine related; he loves anything to do with cars and motorbikes.    

After a decision to take voluntary redundancy from his position at Toyota, Rob was looking for a new challenge. He wanted to start his own business but felt the apprehension that comes with going it alone in the midst of nationwide financial instability. Weighing up his options, Rob felt that investing in a franchise was the best option for him.

Rob’s territory will see him working throughout Chester, Runcorn, Warrington, Altrincham and all surrounding areas.
