Spreading smiles this Christmas

Dec. 13, 2010 - PRLog -- Pune: Phadnis Group as a part of its policy to contribute back to the society, joined hands with Goonj, an award winning voluntary organization to initiate donation campaign at Phadnis Group premises.

The drive started on last week of November and went on for nearly 8 days. All the offices and verticals of Phadnis group was a part of this drive. The clothes were handed over to Goonj.

Talking about the donation drive at Phadnis Group, Mrs Anuradha Phadnis, said “Phadnis Group is actively involved in all Corporate Social Responsibility and we wanted to start this initiative during winter season. The aim behind this initiative was to collect material which will be used for the development activities of the underprivileged. We are happy that we can spread smiles across many faces.”
Approximately 200 employees of Phadnis Group participated in this initiative.  The collective effort of the entire group resulted in 3 big boxes of clothes, books, toys, stationary, blankets and warm clothes for winter season

. “I am extremely thankful to Phadnis group for giving all of us this opportunity to do something good and contributing back to the society. I am proud to be part of this donation drive.” said Mrs. Anjali Umap, an employee of Phadnis Group .

All the employees of Phadnis Group contributed and were happy being a part of this initiative and will support this noble cause every year.
