Stardust Broadcasting and Lowell Thomas Tool,Inc. in contract dispute

Jan. 29, 2011 - PRLog -- In December of 2010 Lowell Thomas Tool, Inc. of Bozeman, Montana, maker of the newly introduced Jackclamp multi-function clamp, jack, spread and hoisting tool for the hand tool market, entered an advertising agreement with Stardust Broadcasting of Golden, Colorado. According to President Lowell Thomas the contract was to provide television exposure for the Jackclamp product to millions of viewers in the TV audience. The contract was basically written by Stardust Broadcasting and was willingly signed by both parties. Twelve months later only a token of ads have been produced and Stardust Broadcasting is wanting to exchange the contract for one with different terms. Lowell Thomas Tool is stating that they have done all that was required and more to fulfill their end of the agreement and see no benefit in changing the existing contract without giving it a fair trial. Lowell Thomas states "We are hoping to persuade Stardust Broadcasting to uphold their end of the contract without resulting in legal action". The contract still has eleven months before it expires, so Stardust still has time to fulfill their requirements of the contract. The original contract was a joint venture agreement in which both parties would benefit from the sales of the newly introduced parallel bar clamp which Lowell Tomas Tool calls the Jackclamp because of it's unique abilities to be configured as different performing tools.
