Track and Squeeze the little plate and the pad heats immediately.

Place in your hands or inside your gloves and immediately you will feel the warmth of the pads.The shamrock shaped pads will stay warm for 20 mins approx.

For recharging simply place the Mini Hot - Pads on a lint cloth in a pan of hot water and boil for about 5 minutes. Now they are ready for warming you up again !
