C-Style Premieres 'Winning Wine Wednesdays'!

March 23, 2011 - PRLog -- Not all wines are the same. Not all wines come from the same region. Not all wines are aged the same.

If you're like most wine consumers, you just go with what the waiter recommends at your favorite restaurant.  However, now it will be easier for you to know what's good and what pairs with your favorite dishes best.

C-Style debuts its newest column, 'Winning Wine Wednesdays' today at http://www.c-stylemagazine.com.

C-Style Editor, Lori Hendricks, recently attended the Toro Grand Tasting Tour when it visited Chicago in early March.  "I had never heard of Dama de Toro and that region of Spain." "I didn't know that there was a whole league of vineyard and winemakers along the Camino Road that had survived centuries of war and famine to produce these wonderful variations of wine."

Hendricks also related, "You'd be amazed at just how many variations of Reds there are."  She stated that during the Toro tasting participants sampled over 15 red wines.

This week C-Style's 'Winning Wine Wednesdays' allow readers to learn about several cocktail making classes across the Chicagoland area and where to enjoy a free Tequila tasting this weekend.

Coming March 30th, readers will learn about C-Style's picks from the Dama de Toro event.
