Paul Koerner kicks off Weekend Workshops

April 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Effingham, Ill. – A total of 60 guests, some from as far as Memphis, helped kick off the first Weekend Workshop at Mid America Motorworks' corporate campus in Effingham, Ill. The day started with Chat with the Chief, as Mike Yager welcomed attendees, shared details about Corvette Funfest and talked about his latest projects. GM World Class Service Technician, Paul Koerner, then led seminars and answered questions for Corvette enthusiasts.

This was Koerner's second time leading a Weekend Workshop at Mid America Motorworks. New this year, an open seminar that allowed guests to ask Koerner specific questions about their Corvettes. Koerner also talked about preparing Corvettes for Spring and getting the most enjoyment out of the Corvette.

Participants enjoyed lunch provided by The Foxx's Den and had the opportunity to visit the MY Garage Museum and Retail Store to take advantage of special savings and see Yager's one-of-a-kind car collection.
