Diamond Head Upholstery Tack Exhibiting and Showcased at ICWE: VISION 2011

April 19, 2011 - PRLog -- This year the International Window Coverings EXPO, called VISION 2011, will be at the Las Vegas Convention Center from April 26th through to April 28th, 2011. The show is the window-covering industry’s most prestigious annual trade show and conference, and Diamond Head Upholstery Tack will be exhibiting at the show for the first time.

Not only will they have a booth across from the Construction Zone, where experts in the industry will be giving detailed demonstrations on techniques every hour, Diamond Head’s upholstery tacks will also be featured in one of the show’s seminars—quite a feat for a company who has not been a part of IWCE in the past.

“We were flattered when Susan Kostelecky encouraged us to exhibit,” explains Diamond Head Upholstery Tack’s CEO and inventor, Bree Cox. “But after the overwhelmingly positive response to our sponsorship and involvement with Kostelecky’s CSI Creative Camp in March, it was obvious that our fans expected us to be there.”

Other highlights of the IWCE: VISION 2011 are the two keynote speakers: Kathryn M. Ireland and Timothy Corrigan. Ireland, named as one of House Beautiful magazines’s top 100 designers, will be discussing the inspirations and challenges of her personal journey as an interior designer on Wednesday, April 27 during the luncheon. Corrigan has been hailed by Architectural Digest as “Today’s Tastemaker”, and will be speaking on how interior design is shifting to reflect the rapidly changing way in which homes are created.

Diamond Head Upholstery Tacks were invented by interior designer Bree Cox of Laguna Beach, California in 2007.
