Kolesar & Leatham opens for business as first office tenant at Tivoli Village today

May 16, 2011 - PRLog -- Kolesar & Leatham was the first office tenant to sign a lease agreement at Tivoli Village in July 2010.  The growing law firm occupies approximately 30,000 square feet of top-floor, Class A office space within the mixed-use development which officially opened April 28.

The law firm decorated the new office with furnishings from the bi-annual Las Vegas Market held at the World Market Center and incorporated various green design elements such as optimizing natural and energy efficient lighting.

The law firm’s move to Tivoli Village coincides with its anniversary of 25 years of service in Las Vegas.
