June 28, 2011 - PRLog -- New York immigration lawyer Chris Gafner has co-authored the article, Winning the International Competition For Talent: Improving America’s Ability to Attract the Best and the Brightest.  The article was published as part of the book: Legal Briefs on Immigration Reform from 25 of the Top Legal Minds in the Country.    
The book is directed at Congressional leaders and is meant to provide pragmatic and affirmative steps that Congress and the President can take to improve the U.S. immigration system.  The article suggests that the U.S. employment-based immigration system should include a point-based selection process that would better allow it to compete with other immigration leaders, including Canada and the United Kingdom.
