Cornbury Music Festival launches their first iPhone App for festival goers!

June 29, 2011 - PRLog -- For the first time, Cornbury Music Festival goers will be able to download a free Cornbury iPhone App from the iTunes App store which will enable them to view the full festival line up for the weekend ahead as well as search the line-up for their favourite stage, no more trawling through a long list to find who’s playing where and when.  

When a festival such as Cornbury has got so much on offer and a great line-up of artists including James Blunt, The Faces and Status Quo it’s always a dilemma to know who to make a beeline for. The App makes deciding who to go and see a lot easier by providing a brief snapshot of the band / artist performing. Once you’re sold, you can just click the ‘Add to my calendar’ button, it’s like having you own personal assistant to remind you where you should be next.  

If you’re only planning a day at the festival, then search by date to only see the artists playing on the day, headlining acts are clearly labelled so you can make sure you’re back at the main stage in time! Also find out who’s playing in the comedy tent or see all the activities available to entertain the kids.

Finding your way around all the stages is also made easy with a map of the festival, where you can get acquainted with the whereabouts of the beer tent or that massage stand in the morning after the first night laying on good old British soil before everyone else does! Keep this nifty guide in your pocket at all times to keep one step ahead.

So when you’re packing all your festival essentials, make sure this one’s included. Pack a great App that will allow you to make the most of the music and the chilled festival environment and limit the chance of leaving the programme in your tent.
