Flamingo Road Davie, FL 33325. “Flamingo Road is one of the primary suppliers of produce used in our Island Fusion products,” says, Chef Dea. “We have enjoyed a beautiful relationship with Jim and Flamingo Road and always enjoy the fruits, vegetables and food they serve up on a daily basis.” 1 ½ lb. Grilled Chicken Breast. 1 Fresh Florida Mango Peeled and Sliced 1 Cup Fresh Pineapple Cut in Strips 1 Cup Sliced Onions 2 Cups Red, Yellow & Green Peppers Cut in Strips ½ Cup Fresh Chopped Green Onions 2 Tbsp. Fresh Chopped Thyme 2 Cloves Garlic ½ Cup Fresh Chopped Cilantro ½ Cup Island Fusion Caribbean Spicy Marinade 2 Tbsp. Avocado Oil 8 Flour Tortillas, warmed 1 Fresh Florida Avocado peeled and sliced Method Slice chicken breast into strips and add Caribbean Spicy Marinade and set aside for later. Heat avocado oil in heavy skillet on medium heat; add onion, green onions, garlic and thyme to skillet and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the red, yellow and green peppers, mango & pineapple, marinated chicken strips and cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Grill tortillas until hot remove and add to plate.
