CresaPartners represents Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association with Madison expansion/relocation

Aug. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Contracted by the private, non-profit member organization in November 2010, CresaPartners’ principals Matt Apter and Tim Rikkers successfully represented the tenant, from property selection to build out, including negotiating the lease agreement. Earlier this month, WPHCA moved into 6,000 sq. ft. of newly finished space designed to accommodate the organization’s team-based work style and projected growth.
   
According to WPHCA Executive Director Stephanie Harrison, “As a small, but growing organization, we had limited experience in property selection and moving. But, we knew two things: we had outgrown our space and we wanted expertise to make the right move. CresaPartners was invaluable to us in this process. They invested significant time in understanding our work style, our long-term plans, our image and our budget.” The team started with 20 possibilities, narrowed the list to three and negotiated ‘the one’ for the perfect fit. “They stayed with us through the entire process,” notes Harrison, “bringing in experts as needed from space planners to third party construction cost estimators to assure that we invested our dollars wisely in the turnkey project.”

The landlord, St. John Properties, Inc., represented themselves.
