By: SBR Forum Sept. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- San Jose, Costa Rica - Online sports picks and odds website SBRForum.com announces Dancing with the Stars season 13 betting odds . This season promises to be action packed as 12 contestants dance their way to become the winner and walk away with the coveted mirror ball trophy.
Bodog has released odds on all of the season 13 contestants and they are as follows: Elisabetta Canalis - 9 to 2 Carson Kressley - 15 to 2 Kristin Cavallari - 11 to 2 Chynna Phillips – 8 to 1 Robert Kardashian – 15 to 2 Hope Solo – 4 to 1 Ron Artest – 10 to 1 David Arquette – 10 to 1 J.R. Martinez – 10 to 1 Ricki Lake - 10 to 1 Nancy Grace - 20 to 41 Chaz Bono - 20 to 1 This year's Dancing with the stars has been filled with controversy so it might have the makings of a great season. Elisabetta Canalis (George Clooney's ex) is riding the publicity train and has no plans of getting off any time soon. The Italian model is desperate for camera attention so she might be around till the end; Bodog seems to think so as well at 9/2 odds. Ricky Lake is shedding the pounds and channeling in her Hairspray days as she trains to become a dancing contender. Rumor has it that she's the first star to be on the injury list by showing off a gnarly shin bruise on twitter. Odds have her at 10/1 so I'm sure she will work through the pain. Carson Kressley brings style to the show and his own "flair" to his dance routines. Audiences are curious if the guru of style can shake his moneymaker and take the mirror ball trophy home. Oddsmakers seem to have their own doubts since his odds are at 15/2. Kristen Cavallari, (who?, Ah yes the Hills star. Again, who?) one of MTV reality TV's royalty will take a whack at winning the trophy. With odds of 11/2, she is definitely a dark horse in the competition. Her lack of star power might get her voted off early if she does not bring stellar moves to the dance floor. Chynna Phillips from the trio Wilson Phillips (the trio that just doesn't go away) seems to have a decent change at walking away a winner with odds of 8/1. She is paired with Tony Dovolani which makes anyone look good. Robert Kardashian, in his attempt to make a name for himself and walk away from the "Kardashian" Hope Solo is a clear favorite to win this season with 4/1 odds. She's an athlete, a leader, beautiful and America's sweetheart. We know she is an incredible goalie but does she have the moves to be a DWTS contender? Ron Artest is the other athlete in this year's group. History has shown us that athletes do very will in this competition because of their training and commitment but often fail because they are "stiff" and can't follow a beat to save their lives. Will Ron fall victim to the "athlete's curse"? With odds at 10/1, he just might prevail and stay up on the leaderboard. David Arquette has shown us his moves throughout his career so we have no doubt he can dance. His challenge will be his ability to focus and channel his dancing abilities in a controlled manner. He has the personality to charm the judges and as an actor he can play out the dancing sequences without a fault. Will he be able to be on point. precise and to follow his partner's lead? Odds say 10/1 that he will pull it off. J.R. Martinez is a soap opera star, former US army soldier and a motivational speaker. While serving in the Army, his humvee's left front tire hit a landmine and he suffered severe burns to more that 40% of his body. It took him 32 months to recover, and now has a new lease on life. He's ready to show the world that sheer will can help you through anything. His strategy for winning this season's DWTS? Hard work and have fun. His odds to win are set to 10/1. Nancy Grace is a contest this year that is most likely to get voted off first. Her sharp tongue and her two left feet will win her a one way ticket out the door. Can't say that i'm bummed about it and it seems that the oddsmakers agree as well as her odds are at 20/41. Saving the best for last, Chaz Bono has been DWTS's controversy gold as the transgender contestant is putting it all out on the dance floor. Reports from ABC claim that fans are not thrilled about Chaz being on the show and that his participation this year sends out the wrong message. It seems like it's Bristol Pailin all over again; lets hope he can dance better than she can. His odds to walk away a winner are at 20/1.
