Makeup Artist Laura Mongelli Joins Reality Series Team

Oct. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- On a typical day, Mongelli provides on-set makeup services to main characters and extras, recently helping to makeover a domestic abuse survivor featured on the show.

“Her story touched all of our hearts and I cannot wait until everyone else can see theseamazing stories,” said Mongelli.

Mongelli recently worked on set for a new MTV reality show doing makeup for a line up of models as well as the Posh fashion show benefitting the SPCA. Her clients range from brides and radio personalities to modelsand actresses.

Mongelli has over fifteen years of industry experience and began hercareer at Laura Mercier, traveling throughout New York City and New Jersey for shows and special events.

“Makeup is an art. There is no right or wrong,” she says of her work in the industry.

Mongelli is passionate about her clients and adjusts to meet the needs of each unique job she encounters. She is currently taking on new clients in addition to working on-setfor “In The Chair” with TheSalonGuy, which premieres this fall.
