Nomar Garciaparra Signed Baseballs, Bats, and Jerseys in Stock - MLB COA

Oct. 23, 2011 - PRLog -- Kansas City, MO - Red Sox fans have been waiting for this event to happen for a long time.  Finally, Nomar Garciaparra has completed an autograph signing, his 1st since the Red Sox won the World Series in 2004.

While Nomar was not on the official 2004 World Series roster, he was traded earlier in the year, he was given a World Series ring as voted on by the players.

Nomar played for 8 years with Boston, winning the 1997 AL Rookie of the Year award and taking part in 5 All-Star Games.  Long considered a fan favorite and called NO-mah! with a thick Boston accent.

The signing took place at ESPN in Bristol, CT on Tuesday, October 11th.  Each item signed was in the presence of a Major League Baseball authenticator and labeled with an individually numbered hologram, verified at MLB's website.  This is the most sought after authentication for baseball items.
