Up to 58% Discounted Parking at Navy Pier in Chicago During the Winter Holidays

Chicago residents can enjoy reduced parking rates this fall/winter season as winter holiday events begin to pick up. The reduction in parking rates will extend all the way out to early spring, from November 1, 2011 to March 18, 2012 at Navy Pier.

Discounts will range from 25% - 58%, depending on the time of day and designated day of the week, as Navy Pier attempts to draw large crowds for its lineup of winter and spring activities. Visitors can expect a diverse lineup of events and attractions that appeal to different tastes and interests, and taking advantage of discounted parking at Navy Pier is a great way to experience these events. Winter parking rates for the Navy Pier garages are:

  * $14 Monday - Thursday before 5 p.m.
  * $18 Friday - Sunday before 5 p.m.
  * $10 after 5 p.m. seven days a week

Winter Events at Navy Pier

For visitors who want something fun to do in conjunction with the Magnificent Mile Lights Festival on November 19, Navy Pier will be hosting a variety of entertainment events over the weekend. After the lights festival, people can enjoy two fireworks shows, live entertainment, and other family-friendly events at Navy Pier.

Also on the weekend of November 19 - 20, families can bring their children to the Chicago Toy & Game Fair. On November 26 from noon - 2 p.m., the Budweiser Clydesdales will perform, a show that no equestrian lovers will want to miss. Bank of America will also be presenting Winter Wonderfest from December 2, 2011 to January 8, 2012. Winter Wonderfest wrist bands are currently on sale.

Visitors may also enjoy the Windy City Circus, who will be performing at Navy Pier from February 17 to February 26. Closing out the winter lineup is the Chicago Garden and Flower Show from March 10 to March 18.
