We intend to reprint the Mahabharata in 8 volumes edited by T.R.Krishnacharya and T.R.Vysacharya of Kumbakonam who were the owners of “Madhva Vilasa Pustakalay and published between 1906 and 1910. This series (8 volumes) has been reprinted in 1991 by Sadguru Publications, a division of Indian Book centre,40/5,Shakthi nagar, Delhi 110007. We now call upon the holders of the copyright or related rights, or any party having legitimate legal interest and right (hereinafter referred to as interested party/parties) Dvaita Vedanta Studies and Research Foundation, Uttaradimutt Compound, Basavanagudi, Bangalore-560 004 Phone-08026627272 If we do not receive any written communication from any of the interested party/parties within 45 days from the said effective date, we would consider and be deemed to believe that an interested party/parties, if any, has/ have no objection against our reprinting the said literature, or the interested party/parties wish(es) to waive of any such right which may allow you to restrict us from reprinting the said literature.
