PRLog -- We now offer 2 different types of coaxial rotary joints. We offer a SMA female to SMA female rotary joint with a VSWR of 1.25, insertion loss variation less than .1 db, and is capable of a frequency up to 18 ghz; it's part number is SR1803. SR1803 is constructed of Passivated Stainless Steel with a Beryllium Copper contact pin and an insulator made of Teflon. The second type that we offer is a SMA female to PCB and is capable of a frequency up to 12 ghz. The PCB version has a part number of SR1805. SR1805 is mainly constructed of Brass with a Beryllium Copper contact pin and an insulator made of Teflon. Rotary joints may be needed when transmitting a signal from a fixed platform to a second platform in rotation. This may be the case when connecting a fixed cable with rotating parts. Both rotary joints offer a full rotation of 360 degrees. Both coaxial rotary joints can be viewed at http://www.fairviewmicrowave.com/
