                               New addition to The Hip Event Team

Montclair, NJ (January 10, 2012) – The Hip Event, public relations, special events, and lifestyle boutique agency announces the addition of a new partner, Giselle Yankovich.

Giselle received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Caldwell College. She has worked in the fast-paced entertainment industry for over five years. She started at New York’s hit music station, Z100 as a Promotions Assistant working on all promotional events for clients, as well as exclusive events for A-list celebrities. Yankovich then took the next step in her career becoming the PR Coordinator at Bauer Publishing’s Life & Style Weekly. She coordinated fashion, beauty and lifestyle segments for national television and radio outlets. She also pitched national media daily securing placements of Life & Style’s news stories.

Following that, she became the Community Marketing Manager at GOOM Radio handling social media, special events and securing new business.

Starting at The Hip Event in September of 2011 Giselle brings her passion for event planning. She loves thinking of unique ideas for each client to make sure each affair is a one-of-a-kind experience. Giselle will be responsible for creating new partnerships, marketing The Hip Event’s current clients with strategic planning and overseeing the company in general. As she learns more and grows with the company, she looks forward to expanding her creativity.
